Woman arrested for sending threatening text to speaker Brnabic

After Brnabic notified the relevant authorities that she had received a threatening text message from an unknown phone number, investigators from the Belgrade Police Department identified the person who sent the message, the First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade said in a press release.

The suspect has been placed in custody on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of endangering security. Within 48 hours, she will be questioned at the First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade regarding the charges, after which the prosecutor will decide on further legal action, the press release added.
