Yettel telecom operator to get new majority owner

The Czech PPF Group (PPF) and Emirates Telecommunication Group Company (e&) from the United Arab Emirates signed an agreement under which e& will acquire a stake of 50 percent plus one share in PPF Telecom Group's (PPF Telecom) assets in Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia, where it operates under the brand name Yettel, and in Slovakia, in which it operates as O2.
